With your nominated contacts, if you fail to return from a trip within the timeframe you specified

RevenueCat (subscription and payment management)
Analytics and performance tools
All third parties are required to use your information only to provide services to us and are prohibited from using it for any other purpose.
We retain personal and trip-related data for 30 days after submission. After that, it is automatically and permanently deleted.
You may request earlier deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at shea@goodarchitect.com.au.
Uninstalling the app does not delete stored data immediately; however, your data will still be deleted 30 days after its creation.
Your data is stored on secure servers managed by Supabase. We implement industry-standard encryption and access controls to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
Access to user data is strictly limited to the developer/operator of the app.
You may:
Request a copy of the data we hold about you
Request corrections to inaccurate or outdated information
Request early deletion of your data

In the event that you do not return from a planned trip as scheduled, and where there is legitimate concern for your safety, we may share your trip details and last known location with your nominated contacts and emergency services, even without additional consent at the time.
Some of the services we use (such as Supabase and Twilio) may store or process data in countries outside of your own. By using the App, you consent to the transfer of your data to those countries, which may have different data protection laws than your jurisdiction.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you through the App or via email.
